What kind of equipment do I need access to for your program?
It depends on which program you are interested in.
For my Stronger at Home, you don't need anything aside from bands.
For the Build with Ashlee and Tone and torch you will need a gym membership or you will need a barbell with a way to add weight that feels heavy for you at a rep range of 12-20 reps, dumbbells that feel heavy at a rep range of 12-20 reps, bands to supplement for machines and a piece of cardio equipment unless you decide to run or jump rope.
Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
Yes. I only do nutrition plans for custom or in person clients as I need more time to talk with you about how you are feeling and what all you might need.
How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?
I pride myself on attention to detail and teaching my clients instead of just telling them. I find often times educating my clients instead of just dictating to them creates an environment of self-empowerment and with that comes better adherence to the program and long term lasting results.
How will I know how to do the workout with good form?
Each workout has the movements individually listed out with a video and description on how to do the move and what you should be feeling along with a few cues to focus on in the movement.
How do I access the program?
Everything from your macros o your workouts, check ins, form check in etc is all done via my app. You'll find it in the app store under MyPTHub and after you download the app you will be prompted to answer a few questions about your health history to get you started. From there your workouts will populate in 20 minutes.
